Booking a hotel you’ve already chosen at a Fora preferred partner property is a quick, specific task. Building a week in Norway’s fjord country from the ground up finding the right lodge, confirming trail access windows, accounting for light conditions if painting is part of the plan, and sequencing the days around what you actually came for is something different. Both are worth doing well. They just require different things from both of us.
The three tiers (Trailhead, Ridge, Expedition) below reflect that difference. The quality of service is the same at every level. What changes is the scope of what I’m building for you and how much of the planning you’ve already worked out yourself.
Every booking, in every tier, comes with the full benefit of Hike & Hue Travel’s Fora preferred partner relationships: room upgrades, complimentary breakfast, hotel credits, and early or late check-out at thousands of properties worldwide. Those perks apply at the same rate as booking direct. You don’t pay more to get more.

TRAILHEAD — Complimentary
If you know where you want to stay and need it booked right, this is where we start. I handle the reservation, apply applicable Fora preferred partner perks, and communicate any special requests to the property in advance. You pay the same rate as booking direct.
This tier covers: hotel bookings at partner properties, Fora VIP perks applied, pre-arrival coordination with the property.
No planning fee.
RIDGE — $350
You have a trip in mind but want someone to build it properly. This is full itinerary planning, it may include: destination strategy, property research and recommendations, trail access and seasonal window review, light condition planning if painting is part of the trip, day-by-day structure, and all bookings handled once the plan is confirmed. This is the tier for travelers who want the trip designed around what they actually came for, not what happened to be available.
This tier covers: one destination, up to 9 nights, full itinerary planning and all bookings. Planning fee is due before itinerary work begins and is non-refundable.
Planning fee: $350.
EXPEDITION — Custom
Expedition sailing to Antarctica or the Galapagos. Multi-country international itineraries. Group travel for four or more. Trips longer than 10 days with multiple properties and complex logistics. These trips require a different level of planning and a conversation before any numbers are attached.
This tier covers: complex or extended itineraries, expedition sailing, multi-destination international travel, and group bookings. Pricing is determined after the intake call based on scope and duration.
